About US

“We” are a small, independent, one mum band. I say we even though it’s just me that makes and creates everything as I do have assistance in various ways from my other half. He helps with designing, as he’s a graphic designer, and helps with all the markets and fairs we attend locally!. Also helps with the children on these days so I have the freedom to give you all a lovely shopping experience. 

We’re based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire for collections and deliveries, but we do post out to the whole of the UK.

All the magic happens at the workshop where I make all the beautifully, highly scented wax melts and other home fragrances. I very quickly outgrew my kitchen when I first started in April 2020.

We only use the best quality for our ingredients and supplies. Any plastic we use is 100% recyclable, and usually made out of recycled plastic to start with! and our film wrappers for some of the melts are compostable too. We just try to be as conscious as we can not to make waste, so anything that’s not recyclable, or compostable, is reusable instead. You can find new purposes for some of the containers and bags too, be creative if you can and send us a photo. 

FUN FACT – The name “Melody’s Melts” was named after my cat Melody!, many think it’s my name but it’s not, LOL. Melody is a beautiful little black and white girl who is now 11 years old. She got me through some times so what a better way to keep her legacy. She, herself, was named after Ariel’s daughter Melody in the little mermaid 2 as I was obsessed with that movie as a child, and still am I guess haha. So now you know!
