Hassle Free Returns
We hope you love your purchase from Melody’s Melts, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer 28 days return policy where you can return any unused item(s), in its original packaging, with any tags/labels still attached, provided that it is in a resalable condition.
Gift cards and sale items are non refundable

Please email us at melodysmelts@outlook.com before returning to be able to seek the correct resolution. Once return is accepted by us, please state inside your parcel, your order number and item description, especially if there is more than 1 item.
All delivery charges are non-refundable in any circumstances – If you received free shipping for spending over a certain amount and your refund takes your total order amount under the spend threshold, we reserve the right to also deduct our standard shipping fee of £3.50 from any refunds.
Can I Exchange An Item?
Unfortunately, at present we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative scent for example, please return your order for a full refund and reorder the required scent on our website.
Faulty / Damaged Items
If you have received items which are damaged or faulty you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Claims for damaged/faulty items will only be accepted if the item is unused and still has all accessories/labels attached. We will not accept claims for damage caused to items that have been mishandled before returning.
Rights to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods by notifying us in writing by email to melodysmelts@outlook.com stating your name, order number and the reason for cancelling. You will be responsible for all postage costs.
